Full Story
More leaps forward this May for the migration of DeFi infrastructure to Sonic. A newly upgraded version of the SODAX Solver is now operational across all integrated chains. Developers can also preview an early version of the SODAX SDKs — powering cross-chain swaps, money markets, wallet integrations, and even dApp frontends. Read on for a deeper look at what’s been accomplished, and what’s coming up in June.
🧩 SODAX Solver Rollout
The SODAX Solver is now integrated with all supported chains.
Over 1,400 swap combinations tested throughout May
Testing will continue in production through June and July. This is critical infrastructure and stability and reliability are the top priorities.
Development also wrapped in May for intent filler contracts on every supported chain.
Audits scheduled for June.
Mainnet deployment late June or early July.
These contracts will optimize execution for intent-based swaps across chains.
🛠️ SODAX SDK Overview
Huge strides were made on SDK development, supporting partner integrations.
What’s included:
SODAX SDK: The core SDK that exposes the full suite of SODAX features like cross-chain swaps, money markets and loans through a streamlined set of interfaces and functions. For wallet integration, developers can either implement the provided wallet provider interfaces or utilize the optional wallet SDK for a more comprehensive solution.
SODAX Wallet SDK (Optional): A dedicated Wallet Connectivity SDK that supports multi-chain wallet operations, including transaction signing, broadcasting, and retrieval. It is fully compliant with the SODAX SDK wallet provider interface specifications, ensuring seamless integration.
SODAX dApp Kit (Optional): A utility kit optimized for React and Next.js applications, leveraging both the main SODAX, and wallet SDKs. It offers a collection of hooks, components, and utilities designed to accelerate frontend dApp development with modular, production-ready building blocks.
EVM support for the SDKs are now complete. For a preview of the work done, you can find links below for:

And work in progress documentation for:
SDK entrypoint: README.md
Solver: SOLVER.md
Money Market: MONEY_MARKET.md
In June, SDK support will be extended to non-EVM chains across all three layers.
💰 SODAX AMM v4 Live on Sonic
Contracts for the SODAX AMM v4 are now live on Sonic, including the dynamic fee hook.
Corresponding SDK and documentation still pending.
Expected in the coming weeks.
🔗 Relay v3 Live on All Chains
Relay v3 was fully deployed and stress-tested on mainnet throughout May. Discovery and scoping has also begun for the next version of relay upgrades.
📊 Rate Limiters for Asset Managers
New rate limiter contracts were completed in May. These are designed to automatically lock asset managers in the event of unusual activity.
Development complete.
Internal audits planned for June.
Deployment expected late June or early July.
⚙️ Coming Up in June
Rate limiter and intent filler contract audits.
Ongoing solver performance testing.
Integration of CCTP v2 (USDC) with the solver.
Non-EVM SDK development.
Expanded SDK support to non-EVM chains.
Expanded documentation across SDK packages.
With all of this now in motion, SODAX is primed to use Protocol-Owned Liquidity more effectively, and partners have all the tools to start building on top. If you’d like a deeper dive on what’s been built and why, check out our latest video.
