In a final decision on the Shin case, the court awarded ICON all requested legal fees and ordered that seized assets be converted to ICX prior to their destruction.
Starting April 1, 2025, the ICON Foundation will fully discontinue delegation under the Validator Support Program, completing its phased wind-down. Validators can explore the ICX/sICX liquidity pool on Balanced as a supplementary yield producing venture.
