Governance
The ICON Foundation is governed by a three-member Foundation Council. The Council oversees all strategic, financial, and operational matters, ensuring that the Foundation fulfills its mission responsibly and in full compliance with Swiss regulations.
In carrying out the Foundation's mandate, the Council directs grant-making activities, provides strategic oversight, and engages qualified service providers to advance the SODAX Protocol. The Council is also responsible for compliance and risk management, preparing and submitting all regulatory filings to the Swiss Federal Foundation Supervisory Authority, and maintaining direct relationships with the Foundation's auditors, Swiss legal counsel, FINMA, and other relevant authorities.
Min Kim

Min Kim brings over 20 years of experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, investment banker, and investor. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology group at Deutsche Bank, later serving as Chief Operating Officer of Tapas Media and Chief Strategy Officer of DAYLI Financial Group. Min holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
KJ Eee

K.J. Eee is a technology entrepreneur and engineer with deep expertise in software development and blockchain innovation. He founded Nomad Connection and previously served as Chief Executive Officer at DAYLI Intelligence. Earlier in his career, K.J. was a software engineer with the SecureSoft team, where he contributed to developing South Korea's first firewall, Suhoshin, in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH).
Pascal Schmid

Pascal Schmid is an experienced director in the blockchain and financial sectors, with a strong background in corporate governance, accounting, and compliance. He has served in leadership and advisory roles for several prominent organizations, including the Interchain Foundation and the Cardano Foundation. Pascal has extensive experience as a finance expert working with companies in the industrial and financial sectors under IFRS and US GAAP standards. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A. HSG) in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling from the University of St. Gallen.
